MEET MAJESTY
Majesty, a Paso Fino Gelding was rescued off a kill lot at 24 yrs old. He wears his history on his body. He was a Charro horse for most of his life.
Charreadas is a Mexican traditional competition that tests a charro's lassoing, wild-bull riding, and horse-control skills to the limit. · It is a dangerous and highly abusive life for a horse. Thrown away when he could no longer compete, someone pulled him off the lot. Eventually, Majesty found his way to us. Living with Cushing's Disease & Degenerative Suspensory Ligament Disorder, he is given all the space & love possible. His access to a herd family, 24/7 grazing, quality feed & natural remedies to support his nervous system & inflammation, gives him the best quality of life possible. Although Majesty is shy, he has displayed incredible gifts. He draws out courage & curiosity in children & has located trapped emotions in adults, holding space for their healing process, by choice. He is given safety, love & the utmost consideration throughout his daily life. He is a special soul indeed. |
